Treatments


Reiki: (60 minutes) £25.00

A natural healing therapy that balances, energises and heals the mind, body and soul. It is given by placing hands on the various energy points on the body and is performed without the need to undress. The re-alignment of the body's energies produces a feeling of enlightenment, calmness and full relaxation.


Indian Head massage: (45 minutes) £22.00

This treatment stimulates the pressure points on the scalp, face, neck, shoulders, back and arms. By focusing on the areas which tend to 'hold' stress and tension this gentle form of massage can offer a range of physical and mental benefits, including the relief from headaches, migraines, stress, eye strain, insomnia and aches/stiffness. . It is also known to promote alertness and vitality, relax sore and tense muscles, reduce fatigue and greatly improve circulation.


Full body massage: (60 minutes) £28.00

Neck/back and shoulder massage: (30 mins) £15.00

Massage is one of the simplest and most natural ways to care for individuals and is considered to be one of the oldest treatments used by mankind, dating back to 300 BC as a therapy in the Far East. Massage therapy improves circulation by bringing oxygen and other nutrients to body tissues. It relieves inflammation, stress, muscle tension and pain. It increases flexibility and mobility, helps to clear lactic acid and other waste products, reduces pain and stiffness in muscles and joints and is also extremely relaxing.

Hopi Ear candles: (45 minutes) £22.00

This treatment originates from the Hopi tribe of Native American Indians. The candle creates a seal that produces a chimney and vibration effect which gently massages the eardrum and balances, relaxes and clears any unwanted blockages in the ears, forehead and sinuses. An excellent treatment to alleviate the unpleasant symptoms associated with cold or flu.



Reflexology: (45 minutes) £25.00

Reflexology is an ancient technique where manual pressure is applied to specific areas - reflex points - of the feet and hands in order to rebalance the flow of energy in the body and stimulating the natural healing processes. The reflexes on the feet and hands act as mirror images of the body.




Aromatherapy: (60 minutes) £30.00

Aromatherapy has been used for many thousands of years, firstly by the Egyptians for preservation, the Greeks for medicine, the Arabs for distillation and the Romans for bathing. By using essential oils in combination with a carrier oil, aromatherapy massage brings about a sense of well being and balance. The massage techniques used are soothing and relaxing. The benefits of Aromatherapy include improved muscle and skin tone, improved circulation and lower blood pressure. Aromatherapy can also relieve muscle fatigue, promote general relaxation and sleep, reduce the affect of stress & anxiety and mental fatigue and improves flexibility of muscles.
